Start and end times of add on

Can you set a date for US talk text and data to start and end? If you still have days left can you save them for later use?

@nsecord The US roaming, if you don't used them all or you leave US before the 15 days, it will be wasted, there is no stopping od the 360 hours timer

Just in case you stay longer then 15 days and you need to buy a second set of the roaming, please note you need to wait for the first set expired and wait another 24 hours to re-buy the exact same roaming addon.  If you need to rebuy earlier , you will need to contact PM support for help.  Buying a different roaming addon does not have the the restrictions

US roaming add-ons is the only add-on choice that expires exactly 360 hours from the point of purchase.

Best to utilize this option within half a day of leaving to your US destination.

The best thing about these is they have increased the time frames from 10 days to 15 days which would cover the majority of visits which might be up to a couple of weeks.

When you get to the US, make sure to connect manually to T-mobile network, and for making calls you will have to switch your device to the 2G setting, since they have decommissioned 3G in the USA.

adding. And for that reason it’s best to purchase right before you leave for your trip
