I was sponsored by one of my friend here. I have the code and thought I entered it but it didn't work and he or I got no benefit from it apparently.
How does one put it back in there to make it clear I was sponsored?

It's been a few weeks, I probably didn't enter it correctly. I've submitted a tickets, thank you for that, my previous attempt to do that didn't work

Hi @Sebroy if you entered it correctly, they will add the funds in your My Account within 72 hours and the money will be used in next renewal.
