I am trying to assist my parents in accessing their account. They both are unable to do so as apparently their emails and passwords are both incorrect (even though they each only have one email), as a result they are unable to login here to ask for assistance themselves. My mother will be travelling at the end of the week and wants to purchase add on's so she can make calls/send texts while out of country. 

Please let me know how they can connect with a person to resolve the issue.

they tried the Forgot email or Reset password there?

if that does not help, then CS agent can.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Two different Public Mobile accounts cannot be using the same e-mail address (exception: e-mail aliases).  To get this sorted out, please send a private message to CS_Agent.

Give them as much account info as you can recall...ie: acct #, ph #, name on Acct, PM pin #...etc
