Today I was having issues with my text messaging, unable to get into my bank verification. After calling some people i completly lost the ability to recieve or make calls or dial 611. No help from support as i am locked out of my account and unable to change the password at this moment.

@TerpQueen97 does the phone shows it connects to PM network?

 

do you have another phone to test the sim card?

 

ir is best to login to My Account first and check the account status and confirm if it is Active

 

 try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
