My plan DATA, voice and text are working intermittently from places to places. Switching networks but when you change city you have to set to something else. In the meantime you missed a lot of communications.

Though you've been given suggestions for accessing services in the US (presuming you're either on the older plan which includes US service or you've purchased the correct Roaming add-on), if you still need customer support to assist, here's how:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

You are posting to a community board. We are all customers. You need to submit a ticket to reach a CS agent.

So you have the old $60 roaming plan from a few years ago?

Just keep the phone set to automatic networks. Set the mode to 4G/LTE not 5G or 3G. If you have the ability to change to 2G/GSM then that could be useful when needed.

When you are in the US, you need to switch to the T-Mobile network manually on your phone.

You might also want to check the T-Mobile coverage in the area you are at.

@AndrerWere you able to connect to T-MOBILE?

For voice, PM has enabled VoLTE for many customers.  Try to enable VoLTE on your phone and see if it works.
