"Support is all online" is not for everyone.  Many still prefer the old style of call on the phone, wait for 2 hours and listen to country music and then they can have a "target" to "express their frustration" (aka yell)  🙂

 @Sailamike : I think you might find the same problem elsewhere. Did you use the direct private message option given above? Did you click on the envelope icon next to your hydrant avatar? Did you click on the subject line of any item from CS_Agent? Did you click on the Expand thing under the message in the preview area?

HI @Sailamike   Thanks for the update.  We tried our best to help  😞

So, you are not porting your old number over?

Can’t open ticket don’t know user name or password. Never had one. But I’m over this now. No more time to waste. So off to the mall and will get a new phone plan with someone else who has humans to ask questions too.

@Anonymous

Thank you! My phone has been like that for a year and since the battery is starting to wan it powers off a lot if I dont remember to charge it. Now if I can only find the other member complaining of this issue?!!

@Sailamike

If the default 1234 worked for you Then you can use the same one to unlock and turn off this setting. Just follow @Anonymous  instructions.

 @darlicious : Your post made it sound like in this thread.

Ok. On my A31 running A11 - Settings/Biometrics & security/Other security settings - mine is not set so it says Set up SIM card lock. You'll need that PIN to turn it off.

@Anonymous

In the last week? Somewhere in your settings you could turn it off. I would have tagged it if we could anymore (so stupid?!!) as I would like to turn it off my phone.

 @darlicious : Love the ground-perspective pic. But when did I say this?

@Sailamike

It sounds like @esjliv  correctly identified the screen you are seeing and the default code needed to unlock it being 1234. If the is is the screen you are seeing then that is your solution. As you can see I did exactly as you did and I get this screen whenever the phone reboots. @Anonymous  has mentioned where in your settings you can turn it off to prevent this screen from reappearing.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

But can you confirm one thing, if you put your PM SIM in another phone, it didn't ask you for the SIM PIN unlock code?

You opened a duplicate thread just now with the same issue.

Please send a private message to CS_Agent with your account details to ask for your PUK (PIN unlock code).

@Sailamike  try 1234. If you tried too many times you may have locked it. In this case you will need to submit a ticket to customer support (CSA) to help.

OR, is your phone locked to its previous provider?

Can you try the SIM into another unlocked phone to see if you have services?

If locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

If it is a Samsung, you may be able to get it unlocked through them.
