I ordered 2 sim cards on June 9th and haven't received them yet! Haven't heard anything. I'm alittle worried now that if this is the service Public offers, I don't want to switch. Is there a tracking available to know when my sim cards will arrive or can I just cancel and get a refund?

UPS is still sometimes used, but from what I'm seen, the service speed selected is usually ground/standard. Although I imagine that a more nearby Public Mobile fulfillment centre would be used, it's not entirely out of the possibility that a SIM card shipment could originate from a far away province. UPS Ground generally won't be any faster than Canada Post lettermail for a shipment that goes a long distance across the country, although it is trackable. I believe that the Public Mobile online store still incorrectly states that Canada Post Xpresspost is used for all SIM card shipments.

This isn't always the case. There are times when the fulfillment centres uses different Canada Post service levels and sometimes even different carriers. Sometimes, SIM cards are still sent with a tracking number. In the shipping notice, a link is provided to view the order details. If a tracking number is available, it will be shows after the customer opens that link.

Unfortunately, there no tracking number since it is mail out in a letter envelope. It takes awhile to arrive but it should arrive by the end of June.
If not, contact a CS_Agent for an refund or resend your order.

Unfortunately delivery of sim cards can vary wildly depending on the contracted supplier. It can be as quick 3 days or as long as 3 weeks. I would contact customer support and tell them if you don't recieve them in the next two days that you will purchase at a local retailer and submit a copy of the receipt for a credit to your account once activated.
If the cards do eventually arrive after reimbursement keep them as spares and/or use them for referrals the next time pm has a bonus referral credit promotion.
