Ordered. Phone there was no SIM card is it shipped separately

Usually when phone AND SIM are ordered they are shipped together. If you are missing SIM, contact agent for clarification.

@dbaker3761 if you are new PM customers,  then you need to open ticket with them and ask them to ship one back to you.  But shipping of sim card could take 3 weeks,  if you need one urgently for activation,  check if they can just reimburse the cost if you opt to pick up one from Telus or Koodo store.

 

But if you are existing customer , you can just move your sim card from the old phone to the new one, it will work as long as the size fits.  Of course, still open ticket to get the 

new one back as spare

@dbaker3761  - the sim card may have been forgotten, it should be included with the phone.
