Hi... l have used this sim card before for a few years. Cancelled it about 6 months ago and now I'm trying to register the same sim card with the same phone but it says not valid?

Yeah you are past the deadline, so you can use your same email to make a new account but will have to get a new sim and new number - you can try to get your old number but most likely not available anymore.

Once PM service is cancelled and number deleted, SIM is of no use.

You would need new SIM to create new PM account.

Your SIM if it was expired after 90 days so it is no good anymore. 

Purchase one from CCS online for $2.99.

@Jimballs   No, Used sim card for cancelled account cannot be reused. All sim cards can only be activated once.  

So, please go to a store to get a new one for your new activation, it usually cost around $10.  Or you can activate in store and they will likely give you the SIM for free
