@SantiagoG  - so you got your service one month ago, and I presume it was working until it went into suspended status 30 days after activation?

 

What happens when you call 611, does it say suspended?

 

If you have not registered for a My Account, register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Then you can pay online with a credit card or voucher. You can also add vouchers by calling 611 from your device.

If you are still having difficulting logging into My Account, try the Forgot your password option (if you cannot remember, if the account was created previously).

 

If still issues, ask Customer support agents (CSA) to assist you with getting logged in to you account so you can manage things.

When you log into self service what is the status? Is it active? Have you tried your SIM card in another unlocked phone?

So, did you setup Autopay

 

Can you login to My Account and confirm the Account status ?  It might be Active or Suspended

what exact error message you see on the phone?

you getting new number or transfer old number to PM.
