Sim card

I am trying to sub ribs and join using the app. But once I select sim gives me an error.  I picked all the options and still the same

try to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if it works

But first, do you have a sim card already? if not, you should buy one in person first from Telus or Koodo stores.  Yes, the subscription has a choice to let it ship you a new sim card, but the deliver could take long.  Better to get a sim card yourself first
