I subscribed last week, and I still haven't receive my sim card

did you know that PM offers free esims with all new accounts currently ? Depending on the make of your phone, this might be a quicker option for your new plan.

It can take 7-10 Weekdays (Mon-Fri) to receive a SIM Card that you order from Public Mobile in the 'Shop SIM Card' Section, just so that you are aware. 

It always says 'Your SIM Card will be Delivered in 2 Business days' however that is very wrong. It can take Public Mobile up to two business days to ship out your SIM Card. 

If it doesn't arrive after 10 Business days you can contact the Customer Support Agent to sort a replacement or refund.

@gilman - none of us are public mobile employees. If you purchased your sim card through the online portal here with public, it is said to take about 10 working days. Has it been over that time? If so, contact CSA to let them know. Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble), 

2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly
