Hello There,
I just joined Public Mobile Wednesday night (Aug 1). I tried to port over my number from Chatr. But after I put in the sim card, I received an SMS saying I need to complete the SIM & Activation online form. I don't believe such form exist.
Currently, I can receive calls but I can't make calls
I have sent a PM to the Moderator Team but still no response after more than 24 hours.
Would someone be able to advise what I should do?

You did all good. The Activation online form is the one you filled when activating. It's weird you received this text, but since you can receive calls, your SIM is activated.
It appears your port is probably incomplete/stuck... Mods will help you with it, however they are more busy than usual this week and it may take them a little longer than usual to answer back.
