Hello everyone,
I signed up for the 15GB 4G data plan for $40 and received an automated message that this new plan would start in December (signed up back in October).
It's now December and I still appear to have my old plan in place. Any help would be appreciated!

So if your plan renewed then log into self service, but clear your browser cache and then open a new window in incognito. You might be looking at an old cached version of the plan.
