I need to sign in to my account and cannot 

it allows my to ‘successfully’ change my password and I still can’t sign in

Thank you. I've been having this issue as well, and I think I've scoured the forums and this is the first time I'm seeing that link. It's the only hope I've felt today about this issue. My phone is disconnected until I can get this figured out and I'm feeling so frustrated. So thanks for the link. It's helping to feel like there's somewhere to get help. And I wouldn't have known that without logging in there's an envelope to check. Thanks for the tips.

With method 1, you have to start typing "forgot login"

 

Just use method 2,

When I hit your link above, I go to ‘chatbot’. And it gives me two choices. 
I must be stupid - I see nowhere to type ‘forgot login info’

There is no ‘customer service’ at all

no number to call; no person to talk to

kist this ‘community’ with the hopes that your problem can be answered by another customer?

do you change the password again.  Wait 10 mins and try again on Incognito mode or on a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome)

 

if still fails, then open ticket with PM Support and have them sort out

Try clearing your cache, cookie and go incognito then try login.
