Long Story short, I created a 2nd email to open an account (not the one I'm currently writing from)
Before I could activate the sim, that email account was locked out (some Gmail policy about multiple accounts)
So I've paid for the first month of subscription, but cannot activate the account now due to being locked out.
Is there some way to cancel that account and refund the payment?

Strange, I have multiple Gmail accounts and Outlook accounts.
You can login to your account and have the 2FA code texted to you and go to the Profile Section and change to new email.

were you using the PM app to subscribe? Uninstall it first, then reinstall and try again. I might even try a different email address (yes another one from the 2nd one you used) and try PM app on another device

@rizacks - You can more than not contact CS_Agent for changing the email address if you still want to try PM. They can also help with cancelling your account.
