Services not working

Services not working properly and was charged monthly fee. Have. It been able to submit and request help with this issue… can anyone help?

Hi @Aar0n 

So, you've paid the monthly fee. Did you port in a phone number from another carrier? Or did you start fresh with Public Mobile?  Let's try to help you first as a large community here before you go to customer service.

@Aar0n  Have you tried rebooting the phone or reset network settings ? Can you test the SIM card in another phone by any chance ? If still no luck please use this direct link to support to investigate for you
