I recently purchased the U.S. roaming/ talk-and-text package to use in the States, however it didn't work at all. The customer service page is also broken, and apparently this is the only way to contact customer support. I'm requesting a refund on my U.S. roaming add-ons on my account, as they don't work. Thank you!

Adding - it's why I asked the couple questions. No point wasting time troubleshooting when you're not there.

Thanks for the replies. No, I'm back in Canada now. I tried to purchase the add-on multiple times, but only one instance was billed on my account. Would anyone here know the process to enter for getting refunded?

try connect to T-Mobile and AT&T and see if it works
if it connects to T-Mobile and not making calls, change the network mode to 2G and try again

Are you still in the states? Was this a re-buy after already having roaming?
