As of this morning, my phone has been stuck in roaming and or unable to connect to any carrier. I've reset, checked Sim, adjusted settings on my phone to connect automatically. I have a galaxy s10

you are in Canada, right?

if you are, go to your Connection screen, change Mobile Network from Automatic to Manual connect, and choose Public Mobile from the list

report us if that does not work, and tell us which city and province you are in
