Service not working

I set up and account and activate a plan paid ported number activated eSIM everything went perfectly got the text from my old provider and said YES to the message said service would anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes still not working for phone calls

As @softech indicated, the porting is not instant so keep your old SIM in your phone to keep a seamless service while porting is completed. Once your old SIM stopped working then take out the old SIM and reboot your phone.

@Jask5150 you can make outgoing calls??

porting can take anywhere between 30 mins to 4 hours

keep reboot the phone and test incoming callw.  When your PM sim gets the incoming, port is done.  Key is reboot phone every 30 mins
