@CS_Agent Hello my network is not working (data or voice) at all since this morning, I tried to restart my device multiple times, also tried your guide with the chat bot (reset network settings etc). Still not working. Is there a problem with your network or my sim card ? Thanks

@Mathie yes , the My Account site is currently down:

But you can try using PM app to login and pay

or using *611 if you know the 4 digits account PIN

or buy voucher from SDM/Pharmprix/Shell/711 and rhen load the voucher using *611

Probably a payment issue (I have a new credit card), however I cant connect to my account. Is always says "

I tried on my mobile device, laptop, and incognito mode.

@Mathie any chance is a payment issue?

try calling *611 (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) and confirm what is the account status.  If suspended, make a payment to resume

if active but phone is not working, open ticket with support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
