I cancelled my service with public mobile 6 months ago and noticed that they are still taking money from my account every month.  I never noticed it until today because I don't generally look at all of my transactions.  It even shows when I log in that I have no account.  I would like to know why I am still being billed for a service I no longer have and how I go about getting my $298.38 back that was illegally taken out of my account for a cancelled service.

@Lhunter01  You can also call the bank to do a charge back

 I did port my number over to another company.  I have received a message from a PM support agent and they are telling me my account is cancelled and their has been no financial activity on my account.  Yet every month Public Mobile is taking money out of my bank account every month.

HOW did you CANCEL your service???

There is no actual way (button) to cancel PM service unless you stop paying or transfer your number to another provider.

@Lhunter01 so you port your number out of PM ?? That how you cancelled. If so that should have automatically closed your PM account and you should have been charged again . But support usually reply with in the hour sometimes longer but

   After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

I would definitely message a customer service agent and ask for a refund. If all accounts are cancelled you shouldnt be getting charged.

I have tried to get a ticket but it keeps giving me an error code.  So really not sure what else i can do

@Lhunter01  How did you cancel ?? Did you port number out ?? Turn off auto pay ?? If either one please submit ticket with support to investigate what went wrong
