Why doesn't your customer service support system have live agent who could chat with one of your customers rather than automated system ?

What issue's are you having? Maybe we can help.Everything is done online to keep the costs low. Through the chat bot you can open a ticket for support. You can also send a private message to them with link below.

@Shindano1988   PM support is all online.  You can either open a ticket with the Chatbot or send them direct message.

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

To save on costs and keep the plan costs lower.  Customer service model is no call centre and no live chat feature.  

 

There is the automated chat bot.  If needed, you can also submit ticket for Customer service agent (CSA).  CSA will usually respond within a few hours.  

 

Any specific question or concern?  Most enquires can be solved by community members here on the forum, without need for CSA help.
