Hi, I failed to renew my on-hold account after 90 days and public mobile closed my account. I am hoping to get that number back, as I had that number for years. how can I pick that specific number from my other public account? Thanks!

Unfortunately you have lost the number. Slim to none to get it back.

@waiwaiwai You can’t garuntee getting the number back .but there’s a slight chance if the number originated with pm Koodo or Telus and it’s still available. You can maybe get it back . You would need supports help for this
