I signed up last month for a 3month plan prepaid.  I Used 1 month and now would be my second month and i have no service, data etc….   
what can i do as I need my phone especially when I leave the house.  

pls help

@TanyaWaiz Sorry to hear about your experience. Can you post a screenshot of your plan details in the chat so we can see which plan you selected. Also, what was the amount debited from your credit card/bank account? Perhaps you selected a 30 day plan?

sounds like you actually signed for the 30 day plan. Dial 611 to hear status of your account. Did you register your credit card for Autopay when you activated ?

hi @TanyaWaiz physical sim?

try reboot your phone.  Try Reset All Networks 

if both not work, try your sim on another phone 

if still dais? submit ticket with CS agent here and ask them to refresh the account on the system
