SIM order online but not delivered

I ordered a SIM card online for someone with my credit card. The order was made on 29 June. We were supposed to be delivered on July 9th. But we do not have been delivered until today.

The same problem😞The first order on 25th April. After compliaint, they re-ordered three time with the last one on June 22nd. But all not arrive.😞😞😞

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect

please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery via Canada Post.

edit...maybe more as there was a long weekend involved (Canada Day)
