SofiaTangero

Hello,

It has been two weeks but I have not received SIM card that I purchased on Dec 22. I would like to go and pick it up at one of your vendors here in town ASAP. Please tell me at which vendor I can do that.

Hi @SofiaTangero,

You can pick up a physical SIM card from nearby stores. To find out which stores near you sell physical SIM cards, you can go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/pick-up-SIM and enter our postal code. The site will then suggest you stores that sell SIM cards which are closest to you!

Considering it was the holidays and the postal service workers and public mobile employees were on vacation, it will likely take additional time. My SIM card took time to arrive and I didn't even order it during the holiday period.

You can also go to a Mbile Klinik store along the a Telus/Koodo store.

They can take from 2 days to 3 weeks +. You can purchase from a telus/koodo store. I would call first when I went they told me they do not sell Public Mobile Sim in-store anymore to order online only. But you might br lucky.

 Others have suggested Amazon

Please give it  little longer. As you ordered on Decemberr 22, this likely did not get sent out to maybe December 27 or 28.  Since that time, it has only been 4 business days.  SIM cards are usually sent by regular mail.
