I just installed my SIM card after not using it for 6 months. I changed the plan and now I have no service.

Did you keep up with your monthly payment while you took out your SIM?

If you stopped payment for longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed, SIM rendered useless and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.

and you logged in and account showing active?

try to click 'Reset All networks" on your phone.  if you have another phone, also try your PM sim card there

if nothing works, please open ticket with PM Support

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
