SIM card ordered on january 18th... long waiting time

Hello! I need help. I ordered a SIM card for a friend who wants to move to PM, since Jan 18th and we are still waiting. Can someone tell me what is going on? He is forced to continue with the same company because PM has not send the SIM card yet.

SIM cards cannot be re-used. Also, Telus Mobility SIM cards wouldn't work at Public Mobile.

WOW, I remember someone told me it normally takes 10 days. Too bad to start like this. My friend is so disappointed with the service and could not believe my words when I told him he was making the best decision.

Hi, a SIM card from PM can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. You can get one from Amazon ($5) and get quick delivery, you can also try a local Telus/ Koodo dealer near you.
