SIM card not working

Hi there, I have recently activated a SIM card, it isn’t working in any phone I try it in, and no error comes up when I try it . How can I get this SIM card working

Your SIM card not provisioning to your account upon activation is fairly common. Customer support will sort you out quite quickly once contacted.

It doesn’t show errror, how do I open a ticket ?

Testing your SIM card in another phone will confirm the issue but put "SIM card did not provision correctly upon activation" in the subject line and leave a detailed message explaining your issue.

 

Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

Hi @BritMR does it show any error on the phone status?  Probably a SIM provisioning problem during activation,   please open ticket with PM CS Agent.

It may need to be reprovisioned. 

 

Were you porting a number from another provider?

 

Try contacting Customer Support Agents.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
