I'm a new customer. I should have received my SIM card since about one week. What should I do?

You can always pick up a physical SIM card from a nearby store so that you can sign up immediately. To find out which stores near you sell physical SIM cards, you can go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/pick-up-SIM and enter our postal code. The site will then suggest you stores closest to you that sell SIM cards.

I had the same issue when activating my wife's account. I just bought a new SIM card from a physical store nearby and contacted a customer support agent and they refunded my account fully for the credit.

Just make sure not to forget to use your referral code when signing up if you end up changing your sim card.

You can wait for it to come in (could take up to 3 weeks) or order one from Amazon for $4.99 with faster shipping.

You can sell or give it away for the one when it arrives but give them your referral code so they can get a $10 credit and you will receive 1 point/month to apply to the 15 points for a $15 credit.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
