SIM card did not get my address

As per @hairbag1 it can take up to 3 weeks or more to get it. If you need one faster you can call your local Telus stores and see if they have one or you can buy one off of Amazon if you have fast free shipping for $4.99. If you go that route, then you can come back here and send a message to a CS Agent and ask for a credit to your account for the cost of the SIM card.

it takes up to 3 weeks for it to arrive if you ordered from PM. When did you order ? Esim is availabe for free for all new accounts.
