@eyye , that is bad then! It took over 3 weeks to receive my SIM Card from Public Mobile delivered through Canada Post but I received it! Many get theirs much faster! Sorry 😕
Please take @softech suggestion & ask CS_Agent if they will credit your account if you purchase a SIM Card locally.

@eyye I would message them and ask them to let you buy from local stores or Amazon and reimburse you

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost. Please message PM support here:
