I have problem with activating my CIM card. Haw can I contact with customer support agent?

@white_rock What was the exact error?
If it is error 821 or 837 and you requested porting, make sure PM has not got the money from your credit card yet
Then when you activate, use Account # of your old provider instead of IMEI number. IMEI for porting could cause different errors
