I purchased a SIM on 25 Aug and rec'd an email saying 'Thank you for your purchase' but there was no order number and I haven't heard if it was sent yet. Please help! I have a job starting Friday and need the SIM for this. I'm over 2 hrs away from anywhere that sells SIMs. Thank you

Hello @Kelty23 , If you are unable to wait up to 3 weeks to receive the new SIM by regular mail, as others have mentioned, Amazon with Prime delivery is an option (since you said you are too far away from any stores). You can always gift the originally ordered SIM to a friend and provide your referral code to receive a discount/points. I've included the links below:

Buy a SIM (Amazon.ca): https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06X9ZGDWG/ or https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07R6P5KBB/ (Free Shipping w/ Prime)

Hope this helps.

@Kelty23 , it took over 3 weeks to receive my SIM Card through Canada Post from Public Mobile but some people receive theirs much faster!

Edit: Do you have a Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store nearby where you could check to see if they have one you could purchase right away? Ignore this part, you're to far from stores to do this! Sorry 😔 You can use other suggestions to order one from Amazon which is pretty quick shipping but you may not receive it on Friday when you need it!

Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Public Mobile doesn't always send a message to inform of SIM card shipment. These are usually sent by Canada Post lettermail, so please allow a week or two.
