Hello, like many others, I got an email this morning saying I ordered a SIM card and that it is on the way. I did not order a SIM card. how do I cancel this? and why is it charging me for something I did not order. please help!!!!!!

hi @AzzySIM another member also confirm no charge.  With such a big glitch, I hope PM would handle it professionally if they made the wrong charge

on the email it has my CC as the payment so hopefully it doesn't charge it

hello unfortunately Public has invented a new glitch you can ignore the text unless your  credit card was charged  in that case you will need to contact customer service

Hi @AzzySIM no need to cancel.   Look like the order does not exist.  Just check your CC.  If no charge, ignore the email

open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it out for you.
