Yes the SIM from Amazon that I linked will work. It is the exact one I purchased

All you need to do is download the app and continue your activation using it once you receive the SIM Card. The app will allow you to continue by signing into the account you started to create. You’ll have the option to select that you have a physical SIM and be able to type in the number associated with the SIM card on the packaging during the activation process.

SIM cards ordered directly from PM can unfortunately take up to 3 weeks to be delivered and offer no tracking for the SIM. If you are in need of a SIM card faster you can go to a Telus corporate location or order one of Amazon (usually cheaper and faster shipping).

Here are the links to those:

https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B06X9ZGDWG

Please phone ahead before heading to a Telus location to make sure that they do in fact have the SIM card’s in stock.

If you do pickup a SIM card through either of these methods you can try to get a refund for the original SIM order from PM by contacting customer service.

You will just have to provide them with the receipt from where you’ve made the new purchase.

Hey @Yanyu_zou

Sadly you won't get it for up to 3-4 weeks. I'd suggest reaching out to local Telus stores to see if they have any and go pick one up. Then reach out to a CS Agent for a credit back to your account AFTER you activated the newly purchased SIM card. You can also purchase off of Amazon.

To contact a Customer Service Agent, please click on the following link.

Please be sure to keep an eye on the top right corner where you’ll see this icon show up.

You can purchase a physical PM sim card from a Telus/Koodo store but only corporate ones, phone ahead first to see if they have stock.  Or order via Amazon.
