Finally got a response from CS after waiting for 3 days.

Getting an $11.30 x2 (my account and my wife's account) credit on my account next month.

So if you bought a SIM card for the $34 50GB 5G CAN/US plan, contact CS asap

so, you got the money, right?  Yes, PM support will usually reimburse that
