I purchased a roaming talk/text w/3G Data for 15 days.

The Data and text seems to work, the talk never work.  I cannot do any phone call, why??

would be nice to be able to talk with someone

Try connecting to AT&T network if T-Mobile is working for you.

Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte here yet?
Set the phone to 4G LTE. If no volte then you need to connect to T-Mobile only. Then the phone might switch down to 2G GSM automatically or you need to switch to it manually. Texts will work there too. But no data. You would need to switch back to 4G LTE or even 5G (only T-Mobile too).

@Treb_203T  Is your phone VoLTE compatible and enabled?   If not, have you tried connecting to T-Mobile's 2G network?
