I seem to have lost all of my rewards. Was I supposed to have done something when it was changed to the new program?

You will see the rewards under the new (reduced value) system when you get your next statement.
Over time, when you accumulate 15 points, you will have to go into your account to redeem them against your bill. Reduction in bill is no longer automatic.

No. Public ripped off all their existing loyal customers by touting a new system that rewards loyalty. They’re either really quite ignorant or just rubbing our faces in what absolute mugs we are.

@D18O On the new points system there is no more autopay reward, you get 5% in points back from your bill, loyalty is 10 points once a year but referrals stay the same at 1 point ($1). There wasn't anything you could have done to prevent this.
