I am a new customer with public Mobile. I used my friend's referral code and heard that I should be receiving a one time rewards of 10 points. But it has been 2 weeks since my activation and I still haven't received. When will I receive the rewards? Thanks

Thanks so much for your quick response. Just logged in to my account and yes, I saw $10 credit there. I was checking the rewards points previously and couldn't find it.

No, you will receive a one time $10 credit in your account within 3 days and your friend will receive 1 point/month in a couple of days.

did you check if the $10 is already on your My Account?
Login to My Account using incognito mode, then check if there is a $10 there as Available Fund
If not, you can open ticket with PM support and have them confirm :

@foreverdream99 You should have seen that $10 credit with in 72 hours of activation . Please message support to investigate
