Hi, referred a friend over two months ago but I haven’t got the one dollar reward yet. When should I get the reward? Also my friends hasn’t gotten the $10 Credit yet. Thank you.

if 2 months, that is too far away.  But you are on Public Points? maybe you have more than 1 friend and happened that one friend just left when this friend joined?

you can ask PM CS agent to check your friend referral history.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:

check to see if your friend received the $10 in his/her account or not.  If not, you might want to ask your friend to help to submit a single ticket for both of you

 open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
