Response time terrible on PB site

I wish Telus or PB would fix this. I waste more time on the web site waiting for response than on any web site I use. No, or is not my phone or my connection. It is an underpowered web site. 

Please fix this. It's been abysmal response for years.

Thanks! I tried this and it makes a huge difference. 

 

Now I wonder why this is not posted on the web site. Or is it?

if you mean loading time with My Account on browser, try using Public Mobile app, it loads a lot faster than the site
