I'm not getting an email verification code when I go to reset password. SIMon says email can take upto an hour, but that's lame as you only get 90 seconds to put it in

Did you lose your sim or phone? The sms option works for password reset.

Hi @Stephen8 you sure you have the correct email address for My Account? Check spam folder
For reset password, I believe you can also have the code sent to your phone instead. Try it
If that does not help, please submit a ticket to CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
