Hello i forget my account passward and security questions how i can access my account

Once you reset your password you can log into your self serve and decide if you also want to just review your security question and answer or choose new ones that will be easier for you to remember.

 

Take the time to write down your email, password, 4 digit account pin #, security question and answer and store them somewhere safe and secure but accessible so in future if needed you will be able to easily gain access or verify your account.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

The chatbot method is easy and not problematic at all.  You can follow what suggested above and get to the ticket open page easily.

 

It is a prefer and faster method.  

 

There is no risk involved.

The chatbot method described above can be problematic for some, and there's no evidence to support that it yields faster response times. Use at your own risk, or just send a private message as explained in my previous post.

@Jasmeen   if you need password reset after failing to do so with Forgot password link , open a ticket this way

 

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Forgot Login Inforamtion , click "Contact Us",  click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

If you've forgotten you security questions you can contact CS_Agent by private message, including your account details in the message. They will be able to manually authenticate your account and restore your access.
