I missed the text from Bell after Public Mobile informed them that I was changing providers.
I need help to get reconnected now.
Bell has informed me that Public Mobile needs to contact Bell again.

I think you reposted your request to the Community and not the CS_Agent.
Click on the envelope icon on the top of this page.
BTW, it is CS_Agent (customer service agent)

Remember, once you get the text, you have 90 minute window to reply or the process needs to be restarted again.

HI @seeyou There is a number you can call and talk to a support on the phone to re-trigger the text. Let me message you. Please check the inbox on the top right , envelope icon

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process by click on the envelope icon and private message them.
Or you can click on the SIMon chat button and type in Create a Ticket then follow the prompts.
