Renewing my plan

Hello, my data ends before the renewal, and I  really still need the data, can you please change the due date, because I want to receive new data today, please. 
secondly, I have been using more data and the 20gb is not enough to get till the end of the month. I saw your a deal that will be very very helpful that you are offering righ now and ends on January 8th. Is 30gb for $29, can I please have this deal, please ?

@Joas !I think they are super busy with Boxing Day promo and existing customer trying get the new plans

I know, I checked the many times if there's new messages, but there is not. It's not the first time chatting with them, they use to reply in less then 30min, but now it's been 2 days without getting any answer from them

This means that they haven't gotten to you yet.  Sending multiple messages may actually slow down the response time.

I tried contacting them many times since yesterday, but they are not replying to me messages. I don't know why

HI @Joas 

for your data problem, if you want need to use more data now, don't buy data addon, it is expensive.  Best to choose another plan and make a immediate plan change using Change Now.  

But what plan do you have now?   the $29 for 30 GB is for new activation only, but some were able to get it after talking to CS agent, 

 you can check your luck with PM agent.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.

Hi @Joas 

Most plans are for new customers. However, if you like one of those plans and you are willing to upgrade, not downgrade, you can reach out to a CS Agent and nicely request to be "upgraded" to this plan. They will not downgrade.  Also note, if they do say yes, you WILL lose anything you've paid for this cycle and the new plan/cycle will start right away.

I can personally confirm I upgraded to a plan that's for new customers only. Just be nice to them.

I upgraded from the $25 5GB 3G plan to the $29 30GB 4G plan.

@Joas  You can do an early renewal but you will won’t be credited for the unused time and re start a new 30 day cycle right away . Support can help with this if your lamb is no longer offered . But others have confirmed getting the new activation only plans and support can sometimes help with this also
