I got a notification that my service is suspended and realized that I didn't change my credit card info. Now when I try to pay , with the new card, I keep getting the same message "cannot complete transaction" What is going on? Big inconvenience not having my phone since the new year!

@Stpeter Fastest way to get up and running go buy payment voucher and load *611 to resume services . Then wait full 24 hours to try and update credit card again and maybe try on computer or the app instead . If same get support to help

some reported the same problem about payment card update, look like problem with the system.
you can ask agent to confirm
please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

and you can also buy a voucher to resume service first. Buy from Shoppers drug mart, then load the voucher using *611
