Hi, I'm trying to register a new account using Scotia Visa credit card. However there was an error "Credit card validation failed. Please try again."
After checking another posts, I realized that the shipping address must be the same with the credit card billing address. I tried to register again after about 3 hours (this time with the same address as the credit card billing), but still getting the same error.
Another post with similar issue said that Public Mobile block the credit card and need moderator to unblock it. How to do this? What should I do?

Just a quick update that the PM agent suggested to wait for 24 hours before trying to make a payment again. I waited about 36 hours (just to be safe) and successfully made the payment.

The postal code should match so just submit a ticket for an agent to help.
