I have decided to stay with my existing carrier. i have paid and received my sim card but have not yet activated my account.

You can cancel your account but you cannot get a refund on the sim. When cancelling your account it most likely also won't give you a refund for the month that you already paid for either as you had already agreed on the terms when signing up.

Why the change of heart? I just switched, I was nervous of it at first but so far no regrets. Pretty new though.

Sorry,but in cases where customers change their minds, there are no refunds.  Please remember that all sales at Public Mobile are final.

Most likely you will not get a refund as Public Mobile is prepaid, but you are welcome to try you below to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.
